Nurtured' is a beautiful dyed in the fleece light worsted yarn. What does dyed in the fleece mean ? It means that Julie dyed the fibers prior to the yarn being spun resulting in all the different layers of colors blending together producing an heathered look. it is a non superwash blend of fine american wool (Merino, Rambouillet,Targhee and Colombia).A soft yet meaty hand, 3 ply construction for strength, woolen spun allowing flexible gauge,great for cables and intricate stitch patterns, brings texture to stockinette stitch.

Gauge : 4-5 sts on 6-8 US to an inch

Smaller skeins perfect for colorwork or striping but also great for sweater knitting as this blend is very easily spliced to avoid weaving in many ends
